Our work is 100% custom and we bake fresh at the time of order, so please give us as much time as possible.

Our standard lead time is 10 business days for Edmonton local orders or shipping within Western Canada.

For Eastern Canada we recommend 15 business days

We accept corporate orders as little as 25. We have volume-based and bulk price discounts so the the more you order, the more you are able to save!

Our sugar cookies best before is up to 3 months with no refrigeration needed when kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.

This makes them a convenient gifting option throughout a prolonged period such as the holiday gifting season or golfing tournament promo season.

All sugar cookies are individually bagged and heat-sealed to maintain freshness.

• Gift boxes (1, 2, 4, or 6 cookies per box with or without a gold bow)

We are pleased to offer cookies for customers with dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free sugar cookies, dairy-free sugar cookies, gluten-free and dairy-free sugar cookies and vegan sugar cookies for an additional 25% charge per number of cookies needed in this category with no order minimums. Even if you need just a few, we can do that. Please note that as a licensed kitchen, we need to state that we handle all nutritional ingredients on the premises, nuts and gluten included, with a possibility of cross-contact.

Here are the convenient payment options we gladly accept to make your ordering process seamless:

• Credit Cards (with an added 3% transaction fee to the invoice total). The invoice will have a green button to enter credit card information. Once the transaction is processed, the system will automatically issue a receipt.

• Direct Bank Deposit (we can provide the needed banking details)

• E-transfer

After contacting you via email to confirm the details of your order, we will issue an invoice. You can let us know how you would like the invoice prepared in terms of organization name, contact name, and email address to send the invoice. We can cc multiple email addresses on the invoice if desired.

All print-personalized sugar cookies are individually bagged in heat-sealed bags and include an ingredient label on the back. This packaging helps protect the printed image, maintain cookie freshness and texture, and ensure hygienic handling during transport and at events.

All of our cookies are baked fresh, in-house, from scratch using our signature buttery vanilla recipe. We take great care with every detail to ensure each cookie meets our high standards for taste and quality.

Our corporate gifting sugar cookies are made in our signature buttery vanilla flavour and topped with delicious vanilla royal icing.

This is a perfect cookie flavour to pair with any beverage!

We offer three different cookie sizes and a variety of cookie shapes to suit your event’s aesthetic and budget. Whether you're showcasing a unique branded graphic or planning a themed event, we have options to complement your vision.

Our state of the art edible ink printers deposit the image with FDA certified food colouring which has no impact on the taste or texture of our delectable cookies.

We can work with most commonly-used file formats such as .ai, eps, JPEG, PDF and PNG. Whenever possible, we ask for a higher resolution image to ensure best printing quality.

Unlike some other suppliers who add images to fondant toppers, our bakery adds images to delicious vanilla royal icing made from scratch. in-house at the time of order.

In addition, unlike some suppliers who use cookies baked in advance off-site, our sugar cookies are made to order in the custom size and shape requested, then baked and frosted fresh in-house, from scratch, right before the order is due for pick up or delivery.
