Production & Availability Notice
Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are prepared from scratch and scheduled on a first-come, first-booked basis, with availability subject to existing, previously confirmed production commitments.
Our average lead time is 10–15+ business days plus shipping. Larger-volume or more complex orders may require additional time depending on our current production schedule. During late fall and the holiday season, our calendar fills quickly and lead times extend significantly. For holiday orders, we strongly recommend securing your production date as early as possible—ideally by early fall—to ensure availability.
Availability is not guaranteed until our team formally confirms the order in writing, typically within 24 business hours.
