Each bespoke dessert is created from scratch and tailored to your specific needs, whether for corporate gifting, special events, or personal celebrations.

Availability depends on production capacity at the time of booking.

All of our custom orders are prepared from scratch and scheduled on a first-come, first-booked basis, subject to production capacity.

While our average lead time ranges from 10/15+ business days plus shipping, larger-volume or more complex orders may require additional time depending on our existing production schedule.

Availability is not guaranteed until an order is formally confirmed.

During late fall and the holiday season, our calendar fills quickly and lead times extend significantly. For holiday orders, we strongly recommend securing your production date as early as possible—ideally by early fall—to ensure availability.

For custom orders, we encourage reaching out as early as possible, with a minimum of 2–3 weeks’ notice, particularly if shipping is required or if the order involves higher quantities, custom packaging, or multiple specifications. This allows us to properly allocate production time and ensure every detail is executed to standard.

Rush orders may be accommodated at our discretion when production capacity allows and depending on order scope.

We are local to the Greater Edmonton Area in Alberta, Canada, specifically based out of Sturgeon County, just north of St. Albert and Edmonton.

Our business serves the Greater Edmonton Area with both DELIVERY and CURBSIDE PICK-UP.

Please remember that our sugar cookies are shelf-stable, so if you need them outside of the Greater Edmonton Area, we can SHIP them directly to your door! So whether your business is located in Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto or anywhere in Canada, we can ship your custom logo cookies directly to your address.

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, including gluten-friendly + dairy-friendly combo and vegan* cookie options. Please let us know your specific needs when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

*Please note as a licensed kitchen, we are obligated to state that we handle all ingredients on the premises with a possibility of ingredient cross-contact.

Yes! We are a licensed bakery and hand-make, from scratch, in-house all our desserts, this includes all of our cookie dough, cupcakes, icing, buttercream and fillings. 

This is the reason we appreciate as much notice as possible when placing custom orders.
