Growing up in a European family, we believed desserts weren't simply something sweet to finish a meal—they were an expression of hospitality, celebration and pride. They were expected to be crafted from scratch, made with quality ingredients and presented beautifully. That philosophy has shaped every decision we've made at A Worthy Cookie.
After more than two decades in corporate sales and customer service, our founder, Maria Bubalo, traded her briefcase for an apron—but she brought a corporate mindset with her. Having spent over twenty years building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, Maria understands how organizations represent their brands, host clients, recognize employees and create meaningful experiences for stakeholders. That perspective continues to shape how A Worthy Cookie serves its own clients today.
