Click the “Continue to Order” button to complete the Order Form, including your logo graphic, required date, quantity and any additional order details.
Once your order form has been submitted, our team will review the information provided and follow up by email with a digital proof and a customized estimate for your review.
② Included Artwork Review
Every branded image is individually reviewed to determine the best presentation for edible printing.
We evaluate artwork quality, colour contrast, logo configuration and printable area to ensure the strongest possible result. If adjustments are recommended, we'll explain the options before moving forward.
This review also allows us to recommend the most suitable cookie shape and dimensions to maximize artwork size and minimize negative space.
③ Digital Proof & Estimate
Before production begins, you'll receive a digital proof showing the proposed layout along with a customized estimate.
This allows you to review artwork placement, recommended cookie shape, packaging selections and pricing before approving your order.
If applicable, any Digital Image Setup Fees will be identified in your estimate before approval.
④ Invoice & Payment
Once the proof and estimate are approved, we'll prepare your invoice.
We offer flexible payment options, including credit card, e-transfer, direct bank deposit, company cheque and Coupa invoicing. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
⑤ Production & Delivery
After approval and payment arrangements are complete, your order moves into production.
Orders can be picked up, delivered locally or prepared for customized shipping, depending on the product selected.
PRODUCTION & AVAILABILITY NOTICE:
Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are prepared from scratch and scheduled on a first-come, first-booked basis, with availability subject to existing, previously confirmed production commitments.
Our average lead time is 10–15+ business days plus shipping. Larger-volume or more complex orders may require additional time depending on our current production schedule. During late fall and the holiday season, our calendar fills very early and lead times extend significantly. For holiday orders, we strongly recommend securing your production date as early as possible—ideally by early fall—to ensure availability.
Availability is not guaranteed until our team formally confirms the order in writing, typically within 24 business hours. Kindly note we operate Monday-Friday, 9 am - 3 pm MST and observe all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
