Upon receiving your form, we will email you within 24 business hours to confirm your order details and issue an invoice. Kindly note that an order is not considered confirmed until we have received and replied to it via email.
We process all orders & inquiries during our business hours: 9 am - 3 pm MST, Monday - Friday. We are closed on weekends and observe all major Canadian statutory holidays. Orders received after 3 pm MST on business days are considered as received the following business day. During Winter and Spring break, our response may be delayed by an additional 24 hours.
Due to the nature of custom orders, we may need to reach out with additional questions to provide an accurate invoice.
